Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was very dirty on Friday evening, and the pool had lots of dead flies, making a negative first impression. The room itself felt cramped like a shoe box with outdated decor, threadbare carpets, and creaky floorboards reminiscent of a haunted house. However, the staff were really nice and helpful throughout my visit.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, with cigarette tobacco on the window ledge and a lack of hot water in the bathroom. The swimming pool had high chlorine levels causing rashes for children, and the rooms were not soundproof, allowing noise from neighbors. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, wearing nice uniforms but dirty trainers. The location was convenient for accessing music shows and easy commuting, but adjusting the room temperature was tricky. The dining experience was average, with freshly cooked food but lacking in some aspects.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was great for traveling into Bournemouth, the room left much to be desired with an old-fashioned feel and various issues. The friendly service and nice breakfast partially made up for it, but the room experience was lacking overall.
